As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Carolyn promotes individual growth. Dedicated to enhancing experiences when beginning or shifting a career, her work translates to allow résumés to be constructed to highlight the applicant’s strengths. Carolyn has assisted with connecting interpersonally with various local agencies, hospitals, insurance companies, and private agencies; providing a bridge into the community. Jennifer has a unique background working in the field of science as a meteorologist. She also works as a Director of Social Media implementing marketing strategies and devising a system of regulations across all social media platforms, including LinkedIn. Jennifer has helped people gain job interviews, and later offers, through their online presence. Her customer service background also gives her an edge in understanding how best to handle customer interactions online.
Josh R.
Josh is currently a Senior Career Services Advisor at the collegiate level. He works with students and alumni writing résumés and cover letters, structuring references and letters of recommendation and coaching students in interview techniques, mock interviews and the pros and cons of social media. He has given countless presentations and workshops over the years, everything from résumé writing to creating strong electronic profiles online such as LinkedIn.
When he is not presenting in the classroom or directing workshops, Josh works with hundreds of students on a one-on-one basis in person, over the phone or through online correspondence. His background has been entirely in Education, where earlier in his career he has coached in athletics and was an English teacher in the classroom setting. Since then, he has held several positions within the higher education setting from Admissions, Registrar, and Advising, performing numerous roles simultaneously. Josh received an Associate of Arts from Joliet Junior College, Bachelor of Arts from Western Illinois University, Masters in Education: Curriculum and Instruction from American Intercontinental University and a Masters of Arts in Teaching from National Louis University, in addition to holding a certification as a Certified Professional Résumé Writer (CPRW).
Justin V.

Leah S.
Leah is a résumé editing/writing specialist with several years of industry experience. A DePaul graduate, Leah majored in Marketing with a concentration in Sales Leadership and minored in Media and Communications. She has extensive experience in writing résumés, cover letters, thank you notes and the occasional homework essay for her sister. In addition, Leah has taught at several résumé workshops, put on multiple etiquette dinners and conducted mock interviews for her professional business fraternity, Alpha Kappa Psi. Misha is a PhD/MBA candidate who brings her experience in healthcare and finance to the career coaching profession. She spent two summers in college interning at a major investment bank, and her first job out of college was in real estate investment management for a major commercial real estate corporation. She then shifted gears and worked in clinical trials financial management for two internationally recognized organizations. Misha is adept at working with clients to maximize their career strategy, whether that entails searching for finance-related internships or jobs from a non-target school background, or navigating the graduate school application process. Tiffany B.
Tiffany is a Certified Professional Résumé Writer (CPRW) and Certified Advanced Résumé Writer (CARW) with expertise writing résumés for everyone from recent college graduates to C-Level executives.
